Group Reservation Guidelines
Frying Pan NYC and Pier 66 Maritime offers a casual friendly environment with spectacular city and river views. Make your event special by hosting it amongst the nautical history of the Lightship Frying Pan and Pier 66. Please read the guidelines below and submit your group event request by clicking the red button labeled “Book An Event”
- We take event bookings for groups of 25 or more
- Group reservations are unavailable on Holidays and Holiday weekends
- Additional charges may include New York Sales tax, gratuity, admin, and set up fees where applicable
- A deposit will be necessary to confirm your event booking, until the deposit has been submitted we are unable to confirm any event
- In most circumstances specific event locations are unable to be guaranteed prior to your event date
- Venue rental available for photo shoots, video shoots, etc.
Additional Guidelines By Group Size
25 - 49 Guests
Minimum of 25 guests : All General Guidelines (above) apply
- 2-3 hour time block available
- Your group will be given a designated area of the restaurant on the day of the event for your booking. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a specific area, but we will try our best to accommodate requests.
- All locations are Semi-Private
- Bar Options: billed on consumption (3 hour events) or hourly open bar (max 3 hours)
- Catering Options: Placed Appetizer Platters and/or Buffets
- Your guaranteed guest count must finalized 3 business days prior to your event date
- All guests must pass a temperature check upon arrival
50 - 74 Guests
Minimum of 50 guests : All General Guidelines (above) apply (with exceptions noted)
- 2-3 hour time block available
- Additional staff fees may be required
- Your group will be given a designated area of the restaurant on the day of the event for your booking. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a specific area, but we will try our best to accommodate requests.
- All locations are Semi-private
- Bar Options: Hourly open bar required (max 3 hours)
- Catering Options: Buffet Options (additional options may be available)
75 - 99 Guests
Minimum of 75 guests : All General Guidelines (above) apply (with exceptions noted)
- 2-3 hour time block available (potential for longer under special circumstances)
- Space rental fee may be required, subject to the day of the week and time of year
- Additional staff fees may be required
- Your group will be given a designated area of the restaurant for your reservation. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a specific area, but we will try our best to accommodate requests.
- Bar Options: hourly open bar required (Max 3 hours)
- Catering Options: Buffet Options (additional options may be available)
100 + Guests
Minimum of 100 guests : All General Guidelines (above) apply (with exceptions noted)
- 3 hour time block minimum (potential for longer under special circumstances)
- Space rental fee may be required, subject to the day of the week and time of year
- Additional staff fees may be required
- Your group will be given a designated area of the restaurant for your reservation. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a specific area, but we will try our best to accommodate requests.
- Bar Options: hourly open bar required (Max 3 hours)
- Catering Options: Buffet Options (additional options may be available)
- Our Maximum reservation is somewhere near 450 persons, but there are options for slightly more than that.
